Lands of great red wines.<\/strong> One example out of all: Cabernet Franc Colli Berici was the first to receive the DOC designation in Italy.<\/p>\n

The result is in the publication of the Territorial Use Manual<\/em>, a tool that helps understand the characteristics and identities of this territory. One name above all: Tai rosso<\/strong>, a native grape variety that reflects its uniqueness of the different areas devoted to its production. <\/p>\n

The zoning study carefully examined the soils and climatic conditions of the Berici Hills vineyard areas and carried out several winemaking trials. The territory was then divided into different areas based on climate, soil morphology, and climatic elements. Eleven different areas<\/strong> were thus identified, each with specific characteristics, which result in unique sensory profiles of the wines. <\/p>\n

The study highlighted two areas suited to the production of Tai Rosso<\/strong>: Barbarano and Lonigo, which in different territories reflect their uniqueness.<\/p>\n
