On Saturday, October 23 and Sunday, October 24, 2021, the wines of the Berici Hills, Vicenza and Gambellara will be featured at the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory in Vicenza<\/strong><\/p>\n The eleventh edition of Gustus – Wines and Flavors of Vicenza<\/strong> will be staged the weekend of October 23 and 24, 2021<\/strong> at the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory of Music in Vicenza.<\/strong> Two days in which to discover the history and wines of the DOC Colli Berici, Vicenza and Gambellara<\/strong> through tasting counters with producers, guided tastings and conferences open to the public. Telling the wine identity of the Berici territory will be 25 wineries<\/strong> that, in the cloister of the Conservatory between arcades and green spaces, will offer over 100 labels for tasting. It will be the right opportunity to discover the autochthonous Tai Rosso<\/strong> and Garganega<\/strong>, the whites Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon and the great reds based on Cabernet, Merlot and Carm\u00e9n\u00e8re. <\/p>\n “We are pleased to announce the eleventh edition of Gustus,” comments Giovanni Ponchia, director of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Colli Berici e Vicenza (Berici Hills and Vicenza Wine Consortium), “an eagerly awaited and landmark event for Vicenza but also for those who come from outside the region and want to discover our territory.
